Student Engagement & Leadership at Saint Leo University is committed to developing the whole student by fostering belonging, purpose, and leadership at every stage of the collegiate journey.
We create intentional experiences that challenge students to discover who they are, engage meaningfully with their communities, and lead with integrity and conviction. Through programming, mentorship, and co-curricular involvement, we equip students with the skills, confidence, and character to transform not just their own lives, but the world around them.
