Saint Leo University is launching a new campus store experience this summer through a partnership with BibliUa higher education technology and campus store services provider that supports institutions with affordable course materials, digital access programs, and modern retail operations. The partnership will help Saint Leo streamline the way students access required learning materials while enhancing the online and in-person campus store experience for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families.

Students can now order their textbooks through the new Saint Leo University online campus store at SaintLeo.bibliucampus.com. On July 1, BibliU will assume management of the physical campus store, which will reopen at a new location in Kirk Hall with a refreshed look, expanded technology and supplies, and new Saint Leo University merchandise.

As part of the transition, Saint Leo will also introduce Course Materials Connection (CMC) beginning with the Summer II 2026 term. The program is designed to ensure students have access to required digital course materials on the first day of class, directly through the university’s learning management system. The program is expected to help students save up to 50 percent on course materials while reducing the time and uncertainty often involved in shopping for textbooks and access codes.

“At Saint Leo, course materials access and affordability come first. With BibliU, every Saint Leo student has the required materials in Canvas on Day 1 with lower, predictable prices that remove barriers to success,” said Curtis Burton, vice president for student affairs at Saint Leo University. “We’re also relocating our campus store to Kirk Hall, a welcoming, ground-level lobby, with BibliU’s creative ideas transforming the space and elevating merchandising true partners in delivering our vision.”

“There’s a lot to admire about Saint Leo from its history as Florida’s first Catholic institution of higher education to the way it continues to focus on students today,” said Dave Sherwood, founder and CEO of BibliU. “We’re grateful to support that work by helping make course materials easier to access and the campus store experience more connected.”

In addition to day-one access, the BibliU platform includes digital learning tools such as text-to-speech, speed reading, and citation generation. Faculty will also have access to engagement insights that can help identify whether students are accessing assigned materials and support earlier intervention when needed.

The refreshed campus store experience will include both in-person and online shopping options. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families will be able to shop for Saint Leo gear, technology, school supplies, and course materials online at any time, with new merchandise added as it becomes available.
