To celebrate the launch of the inaugural Catholic Promise Scholarship, Saint Leo University invites distinguished members of the Dioceses of Florida, superintendents, Catholic high school presidents and principals, college and guidance counselors, and prospective students and their families to an Open House on Sunday, April 7 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
The Catholic Promise Scholarship Open House will provide guests with the opportunity to attend a 10:00 a.m. mass in our historic Abbey, tour our vibrant campus and hear from various members of the Saint Leo community on topics such as spiritual involvement, campus life, academics, admissions, financial aid, and more. This event will also serve as a recognition of Saint Leo University’s Benedictine heritage and will celebrate the Catholic high school and Diocesan students and staff who share our love for education and community.
Guests will also learn how Catholic high school students can earn $56,000 ($14,000 per year) towards their Saint Leo tuition through our newly launched Catholic Promise Scholarship and will enjoy a deeper look into the details of this exciting and unique award. Presentations & Recognition ceremony
Campus Leadership, University Campus Admissions team members, and members of the Saint Leo Abbey will speak on topics of admission processes, Saint Leo’s history, our commitment to students and the Catholic community, and the details of our newly launched Catholic Promise Scholarship. Members of the Catholic community, as well as students from Catholic high schools, will also be recognized for their commitment to education and the values of the Catholic faith.
