Student Financial Support Center
The Student Financial Support Center assists students and staff with a variety of financial services offered by Saint Leo University.
The Student Financial Support Center can help with:
- Clarifying charges on student accounts
- Collecting payments on student accounts
- Advising students regarding financial holds
- Assisting students with student health insurance
- Providing support regarding student refunds through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.
- Troubleshooting payment plans

Students can connect with a Student Financial Advisor by phone, Zoom, or in person. Choose the option that works best for you.
Students are welcome to visit the Student Financial Support Center on the first floor of Saint Edward Hall. In-person support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET.
Prefer a dedicated time with a Student Financial Advisor? A limited number of appointments are available and may be scheduled for phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings, based on advisor availability.
