Diplomas
To apply to confer your degree and print and mail your diploma, you must submit the Degree Conferral Application. Navigate to eLion - Academic Profile to access the Application for Graduation-Degree Conferral.
Please note: Payment is required at the time of submission for processing.
The Registrar’s Office processes conferral applications and issues diplomas year-round. Students should submit their application for conferral 2 semesters/terms prior to degree completion. After your application has been submitted and all degree requirements satisfied, the application will be processed. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
Commencement: Each year a separate application is made available for those who wish to participate in a commencement ceremony. When available, this application can be found in Etrieve Central in Okta. Note: the applications for Degree Conferral and Commencement are separate, both are required to participate in a ceremony.

Saint Leo University has teamed with Parchment to offer an official digital version of your diploma. It's fast, free, and shareable.
Graduates will receive an email to their personal email address (if one is on file) or the Saint Leo email with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma.
Follow these simple steps:
- Check your personal email or Saint Leo email for the award notification
- Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account
- Share your digital diploma on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media or download as a secure PDF version
Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment account. You can login and download to share it again and again -- at no cost to you.

Diploma Reorders
Requests for additional copies of your diploma may be purchased any time after conferral.
The fee for each diploma, through regular U.S.P.S. mail, is $40.00. There are other options for overnight or International mailing at additional costs. The reorder process takes approximately two weeks. Reorder diplomas will be in the current style and bear the signature of the current administrators.
