Pamela Chandler Lee, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, MBA Director
A native of Virginia, Dr. Pamela Chandler Lee is a former U. S. Navy officer. A servant at heart, Dr. Lee has blazed paths in the areas of academia, military, ministry and leadership. She is currently a tenured Associate Professor and Director of the MBA Program for Saint Leo University. She also works with doctoral students at Saint Leo, and has chaired a number of student dissertation committees. A leadership consultant for non-profit as well as for-profit organizations, Dr. Lee has published and presented more than 30 papers in conferences and meetings in the U.S. and internationally. Her research interests include topics related to servant leadership, women in leadership, the integration of faith in business, online learning, and mentorship. She is a member of several leadership and management organizations, such as the International Leadership Association and the Southern Management Association. She is also a Board Member for the Selective Service System and the Treasurer and Board Member for Love and Hope Ministries, Inc. which serves children, widows, the elderly, and pastors in India and Haiti. Dr. Lee is an ordained Baptist Minister and Associate Minister of the Bethlehem Baptist Church.
