    Alicia Corts, Ph.D.

    Assistant Professor of Theatre Dr. Corts has created a vibrant theatre culture on campus, with students performing in 3-4 productions a year, an active chapter of the national theatre honor society, Alpha Psi Omega, as well as coordinating outside projects to help students transfer their theatre skills to the work world. She has several book chapters and articles published on digital performance and the creation of identity in virtual spaces. In addition to her work at Saint Leo, Dr. Corts is an accomplished director and a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, the professional union for directors. She has directed in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, and South Carolina.
