    Carol G. Walker, Ph.D.

    Associate Professor Graduate Education

    Prior to arriving at Saint Leo University in 2004, Dr. Walker was Dean of Education at Parks College in the Denver, Colorado area and also served as Director of the Maui Center of Chaminade University. Dr. Walker's current position is that of Associate Professor of Graduate Studies in Education. She has a variety of national and international research publications, as well as being the author of a book of poetry, Pencils and Pens. Dr. Walker has presented at many national and international conferences. Most of her presentations have been related to the field of education, leadership, and leading change.

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Radford University
    • Master of Education degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from VirginiaState University
    • Doctor of Philosophy degree from The Union Institute
    • Her doctoral research was in the area of Environmental Education
