Christina Cazanave is a full-time Instructor and Director of Field Education for the Undergraduate Social Work program. She is a graduate from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Social Work. She went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She has over ten years of experience in child welfare and school social work, with an emphasis on drop-out prevention and at-risk youth. She has served on various community boards and child welfare committees that work towards equal educational opportunities for low-income communities. Christina has presented at workshops on relationship building with at-risk youth and strengthening field education in social work. She affiliated with the Association for Community Organization and Social Administration, the National Drop Out Prevention Center, Council of Social Work Education and the National At-Risk Education Network
