Dr. Lee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of social work practice experience at the direct and administrative levels in the practice areas of individual, couples, and family services. She has provided direct clinical services to military members and their families. She served as Family Support Project/Operation Coordinator to provide integrated services to address the medical, economic, mental health, and social needs of military members and their families. She has expertise in trauma, critical incident debriefing, and compassion fatigue. Dr. Lee has worked as an employee assistance professional which allowed her do clinical practice as well as supervisory workshops with different business and community agency personnel. She has presented numerous workshops on compassion fatigue and cultural sensitivity.
Dr. Lee is currently the director of the Master's of Social work Program. She has conducted a United Way Pasco County Needs assessment, has conducted research on Secondary Traumatic Stress and Altzheimer's Caregiver's experiences. Dr. Lee has managed a successful grant for 8 years. She also has conducted ongoing curricular and programmatic assessments for national accreditation.
