    Associate Professor

    Dr. Fern Aefsky has over 30 years experience as a teacher and administrator (principal, director, assistant superintendent and superintendent) in public schools, has been an adjunct professor at various universities in for 24 years and is the Director of Graduate Studies in Education at Saint Leo University. Presentations, publications and research focus on collaboratively working with interdisciplinary teams to increase student success through effective school leadership and proactive interventions for school stakeholders. Developing programs in higher education that meet the needs of school practitioners through collaborative work is a passion for professional growth and development.
