Melinda Carver
Associate Professor
Dr. Lin Carver joined Saint Leo University with over 30 years of experience as a teacher and administrator in K-12 schools (teacher, coach, and director), and as an adjunct professor at various universities before joining the Saint Leo University community in 2010. She currently serves as the Director of Program Approval in the College of Education and Social Services and the Program Administrator for the Master's in Reading Program. Her teaching responsibilities are in Graduate Studies in Education in the Reading, ESE, Instructional Leadership, and Education Doctorate programs. Her presentations, publications, and research focus on increasing student achievement through effective literacy instruction, engagement, technology, and educational interventions.
