Van Nguyen is an associate professor of Computer Science at Saint Leo University, Florida. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Center for Advanced Computer Studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he participated in a multi-million dollar project (UCoMS) funded by the Department of Energy. He also specializes in computer security and computer management. His vision of a future computer world is that there would be one massive computer consisting all of the computing devices in the world to collaboratively solve any problem presented to it.
