Student Identification Cards Saint Leo University provides identification cards to all students and employees. ID cards can be used to verify student status, grant access to university buildings, purchase meals at the university campus dining hall, and check out books at the university campus Cannon Memorial Library. Additionally, ID cards may be set up with Monarch Money to make purchases at the university campus Lion’s Lair and the Follett book store.
ID Cards may be requested via email or in person at the Student Financial Support Center on the university campus. For email requests, please send an email with your attached photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. When submitting your photo please ensure you submit it in a JPEG format along with the following information:
Full legal name
Student ID number
Date of birth
Campus/Center you are attending
Specify if you will be commuting or living on campus (if applicable)
Provide your current mailing address if you request that we mail your ID card (Please note: The mail option is only available to students attending our regional centers. Campus students must pick up their ID cards on campus. Your student ID will be available for pick-up upon arrival on campus for the semester, provided it is requested prior to August 2018).
We recommend you use a professional passport photo service (such as Walgreens/Wal-Mart/CVS, etc.) to ensure your photo meets all the requirements. We will not use photos of individuals wearing sunglasses or hoods. In your photo, do not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the hair or hairline, unless work daily for a religious purpose. Your full face must be visible, and the head covering must not cast any shadows on your face.
