For many years, Saint Leo University's athletic teams, which are known as the Lions, have proudly represented the university at the Division II level in the Sunshine State Conference (SSC). Sporting the green and gold, Saint Leo fields teams in baseball, softball, men's and women's basketball, lacrosse, soccer, golf and a number of other exciting sports.
In this episode of the Saint Leo 360 podcast, we caught up with Fran Reidy, the longtime vice president of athletics and a member of the Saint Leo community since 1988. During our conversation, Reidy discussed:
- His early life and how he got interested in sports
- His journey to Saint Leo College (as it was known then)
