Ms. Rincon is a proud Saint Leo University alum, receiving her B.A. in Marketing and Communications Management in 2020 and her MBA with specializations in Social Media Marketing and Project Management in 2023. She has taught several marketing courses at Saint Leo, including Principles of Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communication. With a background in marketing, branding, and content creation, Alejandra brings real-world insight into the classroom. She’s passionate about connecting students with practical knowledge and enjoys sharing the work she does outside of the classroom to help inspire the next generation of marketers.

Ms. LaRue is a business strategist, relationship management expert, and founder of several micro-businesses. With over 20 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and the nonprofit sector, she brings real-world insight into the classroom. She leads Monique LaRue Consulting & Media, where she helps organizations grow through strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer engagement. Ms. LaRue is also a passionate advocate for early-career professionals and entrepreneurs, especially those from underserved communities, teaching them how to build sustainable careers and businesses.
Dr. Katherine MacDonald

Dr. Katherine MacDonald is a dedicated cybersecurity instructor passionate about preparing the next generation of digital defense professionals. She specializes in hands-on learning, innovative teaching strategies, and curriculum design to help students develop both technical skills and real-world readiness. Known for her supportive and inclusive teaching style, she creates a classroom environment where every student feels empowered to succeed and grow. Dr. MacDonald proudly supports Saint Leo University’s mission by equipping students with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to thrive in the cybersecurity field, advancing both individual student success and the continued development of the cybersecurity profession.
