Enrollment Deposit & Next Steps

University Campus Students

To secure your place at Saint Leo University, students admitted to University Campus must submit a nonrefundable $500 enrollment deposit. This deposit reserves your spot in the entering class and is applied as a credit toward tuition for your first term of enrollment.

Why Submit Your Enrollment Deposit?

By submitting your deposit, you will:

  • Reserve your place in the entering class

  • Receive priority consideration for on-campus housing when applications open

  • Become eligible to apply for Saint Leo University grants and scholarships

  • Begin receiving important enrollment communications

Important Enrollment Policy

Students should submit an enrollment deposit only to the institution they plan to attend. After depositing, students are expected to notify other colleges of their decision.

Saint Leo University—like many institutions—reserves the right to rescind an offer of admission if a student is found to have submitted enrollment deposits to more than one school.

What Happens After You Deposit?

Once your enrollment deposit is received, you’ll continue to receive updates about:

  • Residence life and on-campus housing

  • Course registration

  • Orientation and next steps

International Student Note

International students who do not have a U.S. ZIP Code should enter 99999 when prompted during the deposit process.

Submit Your Deposit

Submit Deposit by Phone

Contact us at (800) 334-5532 or (352) 588-8283 anytime Monday-Thursday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. or Friday 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST to deposit by phone. When you submit your deposit, you’ll also need to be prepared to advise us if you plan to reside in campus housing.

Mail Deposit

To deposit by mail, download and complete a Deposit Certificate and return it with your $500 nonrefundable tuition deposit. You may submit your $500 deposit by check (made payable to Saint Leo University), money order or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER and American Express.
