If you intend on applying as a student worker, there are a few things you’ll want to do in advance.
Visit the Employment Website
Visit https://saintleo.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/SLU to view a list of current openings. You can filter this list to only show student openings. Student worker roles are posted on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year with the biggest hiring taking place at the start of each semester (Spring, Summer, Fall).
Bring your work authorization documents
In order to function as a student worker, you are required to present original work authorization documents within 3 days of hire. Human Resources recommends you bringing these documents with you to campus, as we are unable to accept copies or photos of them. Failure to provide these documents in a timely manner could result in the delay of your start date.
Important Note:
All students must have a social security number in order to complete a background screening. Please review the list of acceptable documents carefully to ensure you have all required documents needed to verify your authorization.
