Best Part About Saint Leo: The Saint Leo community. Not only do the staff and instructors support the students, but the students support each other as well!

Advice for Prospective Students: The best advice I can give prospective students is to use the many resources we offer here at Saint Leo University as often as you can because they are very helpful in helping you to be successful! This includes your people resources such as your Enrollment Counselor and Advisor also because we are here to help!
Favorite Place at Center/Campus: I love the library with the view to the lake, definitely my favorite.
Best Part About Saint Leo: I've only been working here for 4 months, thus far the best part has been seeing SLU has a well known reputation with the community and really cares for students.
Favorite Core Value: I believe all core values are important, my favorite is community. I like feeling welcomed and hope my students feel the same way.
Advice for Prospective Students: Always picture yourself graduating from your program. Don't let anything get in your way. If you need help, always ask there are a lot of resources available to you if you ask.

Favorite Core Value: All of our Core Values are very important. The one I stress the most is RESPECT. It is important to RESPECT all Individuals and hope you have the same RESPECT in return.
Advice for Prospective Students: Prospective Students who are serious about their education have no reason not to succeed at the Enrollment stage and continue that success in their Academics. As an Enrollment Counselor, I tell many Prospective students that if they are Serious about their Education, we are Serious to be a part of their success. Stay focused and the next surroundings will be with your Degree in hand.
Favorite Place at Center/Campus: My favorite space at the Tampa Education Center is actually the classrooms because I love the view of downtown Tampa some of them offer.
Best Part About Saint Leo: The flexibility! We have extended hours, various locations, online and on ground options, and lots of online resources such as our library, tutoring, and career services.
Favorite Core Value: Community – As a student, I am grateful for the support that my advisor, peers, and professors provide on a daily basis. We are more successful when we work together.
Advice for Prospective Students: Let your purpose be your guiding force! Classes may get hard and there will be times that it is difficult to juggle family, career, and school. It’s important to remember why you started this journey and know that it will all be worth it when you are holding your degree.

Favorite Place at Center/Campus: The lobby, we will all gather around and talk. Staff, students, and faculty will all stand around our front desk and just enjoy each other. It creates such a welcoming environment and it makes for a great place to work and learn.
Best Part About Saint Leo: The center staff, everyone is so helpful and loving. We work together to create such a great place to be for each staff and students alike.
Favorite Core Value: Community, as the position most involved with community engagement at the center it is always amazing to me how big of an impact we can have by being open to opportunities outside of the normal scope. Getting to live that value every week is all I could ask for in a job.
Advice for Prospective Students: Ask questions! I would rather tell you something 10 times in 10 different ways than for you to not be confident before starting classes. School is what you put into it, so take advantage of this opportunity and the knowledge of others throughout your journey.
