With more than one-quarter of its student population being affiliated with the military, Saint Leo University is beginning to celebrate its 50th anniversary of military education.

Saint Leo University will hold a Veterans Day ceremony 10 - 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 8, at its campus at 33701 County Road 52, St. Leo, FL 33574.

One of the first universities to adopt online learning, Saint Leo University earned first-time awards in two categories: Best Online Bachelor’s Program in psychology, and Best Master’s Program in Computer Information Technology.

The university hosted community kickoff for nonprofit organization that will build a house in nearby San Antonio, FL, for an injured veteran.
