When it comes to athletics, Saint Leo University has had some top-ranked athletic teams over the years in the Sunshine State Conference at the Division II level. One club, the Saint Leo baseball team, is coached by a former professional baseball pitcher who has enjoyed a long and successful coaching career in college baseball.
