Master of Criminal Justice - 100% online

Saint Leo University's 100-percent-online, leadership-focused master's degree program builds upon the excellent training you received at the FBI National Academy, with a practical curriculum designed specifically for law enforcement.

If you have a bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have graduated from the FBI National Academy, you could complete your Master of Science in Criminal Justice with as few as 24 credits. Saint Leo University will accept up to twelve (12) credits of graduate level coursework from your FBINA training (see chart below), allowing you to save both time and money while earning a master's degree.

Build on your FBINA leadership experience while exploring current issues in law enforcement

As a student in Saint Leo University's online M.S. in Criminal Justice program, you are afforded an opportunity to also participate in one of our six (6) specializations, these include criminal investigations, legal, corrections, forensic science, behavioral studies, and critical incident management. You will delve into some of America's most pressing public safety issues while learning practical management and leadership skills specific to law enforcement, including ethics, legal issues, public policy-making, and leadership applications, to name a few.

Program Structure

In its entirety, Saint Leo University's M.S. in Criminal Justice is a 36-credit hour program designed to be completed in two (2) years or with our accelerated program in 1.25 years. Coursework is taken year-round, with six (6) eight-week terms consisting of one (1) course every eight (8) weeks, allowing you to focus on one course at a time.
