Please meet with your Student Success Coach or Faculty Advisor to notify him/her of your desire to drop a course(s) or withdraw from the university BEFORE COMPLETING EITHER OF THESE FORMS.
Please be aware that if you receive Financial Aid, dropping or withdrawing from a course or the university may affect your financial aid. If you have any questions, please contact Student Financial Services at 1-800-240-7658 or email sfs@saintleo.edu BEFORE COMPLETING EITHER OF THESE FORMS.
Course Drop/Withdraw Form
Students who desire to drop or withdraw from course(s) in the current semester will complete this form in its entirety. Please make sure you select the correct course(s). Once complete, click “Submit” at the bottom of the form to process the request.

Do not use eLion once a term has begun.
Please fill out the form completely and make sure you have selected the correct class(es). This form is to be used by students who wish to Drop/Withdraw from classes(es) for the term in session.

Withdraw Form
Students who desire to withdraw from Saint Leo University will complete this form in its entirety. Once complete, click “Submit” at the bottom of the form to initiate the withdraw process. In order to finalize your request to withdraw, you will need to schedule an appointment with your Student Success Coach. Once you submit the form, you will receive instructions to schedule your appointment on the confirmation page.
If you wish to return to the university after withdrawing, you will need to reapply.
